Your health information online
One Chart | Patient is a secure, online portal which serves as your most important source for medical information for you and your family. It works best if you access it from your computer. If you prefer to use your smartphone or tablet, download the Nebraska Medicine app instead.
Through this portal, you can connect with your providers and access parts of your medical record at any time, in the convenience of your own home. You can also pay bills, view billing statements and request appointments.
Information about how to set up an account is provided in your After Visit Summary (or discharge paperwork).
In the portal, you can:
Ask your doctor questions
One Chart | Patient allows for you to be in contact with your doctor to answer your non-emergency questions. All messages are protected to ensure safety and confidentiality of your information. If you think the situation is an emergency, please seek the immediate attention of a physician or call 911.
View health summaries
One Chart | Patient offers you the opportunity to view your medical history at any time.
Review and request medication refills
In One Chart | Patient portal, you will be able to view the medications that you are currently taking and have previously taken. You can also request a refill on your prescription with the click of a button.
View billing statements and make payments
One Chart | Patient allows you to view your statements from your recent visits to any of our clinics. You can also make payments to your statement online.
Make an appointment or view test results
One Chart | Patient makes it easy for you request an appointment with your doctor and will send you a reminder when the appointment is approaching. You will also be able to view test results faster when using the portal. Some test results may not be available due to the content of the results.
