This provider was by far one of the worst providers I've seen, especially from Nebraska Medicine. The provider did not communicate anything to me or my husband. His patient hygiene was questionable at best, ie not wearing gloves while messing around inside my ear and touching every glove before getting the ones they wore. Provider had a communication skills. They did not talk to me about my care options and just kept repeating test results that weren't necessary to my treatment. Provider began the procedure without even explaining to me what it entailed. I had to ask provider about the test and how it was preformed.

Dr. Knudson and his nurse were very helpful and interacted on a friendly and personal level

I had records sent.. I do not believe he looked at them. Did explain pictures of effects of acid reflux, but felt rushed overall.
