Get immediate care from the comfort of your home through an Immediate Care Video Visit.

Immediate Care Video Visits are available:

  • Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Holidays: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

In-person Immediate Care

Our Immediate Care Clinics see patients six months and older. If a child is under six months and needs urgent care, we recommend taking them to the ER.

Our after-hours clinics are open evenings, weekends and holidays. No appointments needed.

Our Immediate Care Clinics’ hours may vary based on staffing availability. Please click here for today’s hours and estimated wait times. 

  • Monday through Friday: 6 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. (Chalco ICC closes at 8:45 p.m.)
  • Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. 
  • Holidays: 11 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at Bellevue, Fontenelle and Chalco Health Centers.

Evenings, weekends and holidays — whenever you need us, we will be there.

Affordable care

Care in our Immediate Care Clinics cost no more than a visit to your family doctor's office. Most insurance types are accepted and co-pays are due at the time of service.
