The Preceptor of the Year Award is selected by each residency class in recognition of a preceptor's commitment to excellence in the education and training of pharmacy residents. Each preceptor of the year upholds the highest standards at Nebraska Medicine, while continuously demonstrating ITEACH values of innovation, teamwork, excellence, accountability, courage and healing.

“Dr. Blais’ compassion, empathy, constant encouragement, intelligence, and genuine nature truly sets her apart as an amazing preceptor. Meghan consistently demonstrates these qualities through her teaching style every day. Her commitment to each resident’s success is evident in the way she prioritizes their clinical growth and continually encourages them to reach their fullest potential. She is nothing but patient and supportive, giving residents the time they need to apply their knowledge and ask questions to deepen their understanding. We are so grateful for Dr. Blais!
