I didn't feel listened too at all. I was explaining my concerns and thoughts surrounding everything and it felt like they were pushed under the rug. Like my opinion or thoughts didn't matter. I understand providers have specific things they have to do, but when I am the one who has been dealing with this for months and have had multiple different doctors tell me I needed to do a specific procedure/thing for my medical issue I feel like maybe that should be taken into account. I am really disappointed and not satisfied with this appointment. It was a lot of me being talked at, not talked to. I went to this doctor because of the good reviews he had, I hope that this was a one off thing and not what happens to others. This whole experience didn't help my idea or thoughts of UNMC. I do not feel comfortable with the end result or what was "agreed" to. I felt again very disappointed and unsatisfied with the end result and it really lowered my view on some of the doctors at unmc.

I beleive the doctor really didn't want to give me a cortisone injection, I think he could tell I don't abuse stuff like that.

I don't feel like Dr. Greiner took my issue seriously from the beginning. I wasn't offer any sustainable solutions and was basically told we can't be sure why it cleared up, shoulders can be weird. To call if I have sustained pain in the future to explore "other options".
