She seemed more interested in passing me back to my pcp than helping me figure out if I had Sjogrens. She wasn't rude just cold and wanted to move on. Even though last time she literally took 2 hours to get to me last time, she was much more caring and thorough.

Was a great experience. If I had to nit-pick, it was noticing they had clearly not looked at the information I provided during the digital check-in, and maybe seemed a bit rush.

There was a lot of clarity about the treatment and what was expected.

I commented to Dr Morales that the treatment of and care of the total staff was outstanding! I have had care here twice and I am so impressed by Dr Morales and her team that I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! Everyone is so nice,friendly and professional!

Dr Morales explained that she was late getting to "her part" of the exam because she's very busy. She spent very little time looking at my dilated eyes which made me wonder why I had to go through that at all. When she discussed the results of my tests that were administered by her assistants she referred to my left eye as being"very bad" And explained that my astigmatism could create a problem for cataract surgery. I consider myself a fairly well educated person, but by the end of the visit, I was thoroughly confused as to whether I would be a good candidate for this procedure.
