Referring patients to addiction services
Addiction Services is a specialty continuum of care providing integrated treatment for co-occurring substance use and psychiatric disorders. We offer long-term outpatient services and an intensive outpatient program (IOP).
Clinical services offered:
- Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder
- Individual psychotherapy
- Psychopharmacology services
- Group therapy
Appropriate referrals:
- Patients with possible substance use disorder (SUD) with or without co-occurring psychiatric symptoms
- Priority patients seeking help for opioid and alcohol use disorders
- Chemical dependency (CD) evaluation is not necessary for a referral
How to make a referral:
- Discuss treatment goals with your patient to identify if Addiction Services is an appropriate fit
