I had the best experience! Dr Bruhn was so kind, respectful, I'm plus size and going to the doctor is usually a horrible experience this was not the case. I felt so comfortable and could trust her judgment and recommendations.

Kassidy is very easy to listen & talk with. She's very thorough in her exam but not intrusive.

Kassidy was very condescending and made me feel entirely unwelcomed. She has a very sarcastic tone and outright told me to cut out small talk and jump straight to the issue which I get but also show some common courtesy. She examined my scalp and determined I just had severe dandruff and as a treatment prescribed a harsh shampoo. When asked, I told her I wash my hair typically once every four or five days and she took a very condescending tone and said that I need to be washing it more and if it dries out my hair I'll survive. Nothing she said was overtly cruel but her wording mixed with her tone mixed with her unprofessional attitude was deeply upsetting and made me feel so uncomfortable in an already vulnerable position.

She was very calming and friendly. She completed her exam and helped me feel relaxed while doing so.

PA Bruhn is fantastic. She was so helpful, took her time to listen and explain things and answer all of my questions. I'm so grateful for her help, especially as I work through all new things that pop up in menopause.

Kassidy Bruhn Is A++++ excellent. She listens to my concerns and makes me part of the treatment decisions. Gives full explanations and makes sure I understand them by patiently answering my questions. She seems to care about my outcome and doesn't seem rushed to the next patient. For my first appt last year I was a little disappointment I had a PA-C rather than a MD, but at this point given the option I would not change providers.

This young PA treated me with condescension, rolling her eyes at my preference for a cream over an ointment, and gaslighting me about who treated me last (I looked it up - it was NOT her). Typical treatment for someone you don't value or respect - like an old person from a very young person's perspective. Ugly

Kassidy came across as arrogant and superior. I am usually very patient and accepting of personalities, but she was insufferable.

The provider was excellent, very respectful, and truly listened to me to get to the root of my issue rather than trying to force a hypothesis on me as others have. She offered very practical and sustainable solutions.

I just felt that she was rushed. I didn't find her to be very thorough In checking me for skin cancer.

Dr Bruhn was professional , attentive , caring , and explained my two concerns clearly . One of her treatment options was easy to do at home , and the other she referred me to another UNMC doctor for a consultation , and I said I would like that consultation to be scheduled . I was called by that department the very next day if I recall. "Extraordinary" patient care !
