Summary
Primary Objective:
To understand the feasibility of the intervention in the proposed study population
Secondary Objectives:
To understand the safety of the proposed intervention
To evaluate the response to the study intervention of radiation and CAR-T cell therapy
To evaluate progression-free survival (PFS) following the study intervention
To evaluate duration of response (DOR) following CAR T-cell therapy
To evaluate overall survival (OS) following study intervention
To evaluate the rate of prolonged cytopenias following the intervention
Correlative/Exploratory Objectives:
To bank peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and serum for future correlative research
To bank stool samples for future correlative gut microbiome research
To evaluate the effect of radiation therapy on local control of disease sites
