Recipe: Taco soup
Ingredients:
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cans (14.5 oz) chicken broth
- 1 bag frozen “fiesta blend” vegetables
- 1 jar of your favorite salsa
Directions:
- In a large pot, combine beans, chicken broth, vegetables and salsa. Cook over medium heat until heated through.
- Serve topped with cheese, sour cream, avocado, etc. if desired.
