You'll also receive a tour of our Omaha or Bellevue facility, if you're having your baby in one of those locations. We recommend this class for everyone, but specifically those planning on a natural birth, or one with few medical interventions.

We recommend you take these classes when you are at least 32 weeks pregnant. Feel free to register for the class date you would like before that time.

You will also need to pay for the $65 class by credit card online or over the phone. The fee covers both the mother and labor support person. A $15 military discount is also available. The class must be paid for by the first day of class before the session starts. Call us if you think your insurance covers your class, and we can get you the paperwork you'll need.

Breastfeeding

While breastfeeding is natural and normal, mothers may need support and help to achieve their breastfeeding goals. We recommend taking this class at least four to six weeks before the baby is due. Various tools and breast pumps will be on hand for demonstration. Evening sessions are available from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. as well as on the second Saturday of every month at the Bellevue location from 8 a.m. to noon as part of our childbirth education Saturday series.

You will also need to pay for the $15 class by credit card online or over the phone. The fee covers both the mother and labor support person. A $15 military discount is also available, making the class free. The class must be paid for by the first day of class before the session starts. Call us if you would like to register for the breastfeeding class that is offered free when enrolled in the childbirth education class or think your insurance covers your class, and we can get you the paperwork you'll need.

Childbirth Education Refresher

This class is a review of relaxation and breathing exercises and discusses options available to enhance the birth experience. It is for expectant mothers who already have at least one child. A partner may attend as well for no additional charge.

You will also need to pay for the $35 class by credit card online or over the phone. The fee covers both the mother and labor support person. A $15 military discount is also available.
