Excellent experience! Resolved the issue/ problem and pain & I was so very grateful/ thankful! I absolutely love NE Medical Center at Village Pointe

Dr. Are is the best and knows me in and out of why I am there. This time an associate came in first to ask a lot of questions who did not know me and relay to Dr. Are then she came in so we could talk.

Dr. Are was great. She walked me through what the next steps were and helped me set up the schedule so that it would occur at the time after my Plavix had stopped to set up the next visit.

Dr Are explained everything in detail. Very thorough. Helped my pain 1000%. Was in serious pain (12 out of 10).

Dr Are and the nurses are great. Dr Are will do everything possible to help pain. She explains the procedure and the complications of it. She cares very deeply for her patients.

Dr. Are has provided pain care & treatment for me for several years. She and her staff are professionals and I feel comfortable with the treatments suggested & performed.

The care provider allowed me to use one ear bud to listen to music to distract me from the procedure. This helped greatly with my tendency to get nauseated and nearly faint when there are needles and such.

Very detailed about previous information, and attentive to my questions and needs that have popped up recently.

Dr Are is excellent. She listens, exams,and suggests what will help. She never gives up trying to help my pain. She correlates the symptoms to the cause of the pain. She describes the treatment well

The PA conducted the majority of the visit. She was terrific; explained things thoroughly, was a good listener and had a great understanding of potentialTreatments.

In this case, as is often the situation, there was a "care team" lead by Dr Are. I have had services through Dr Are dating back to last year. In all cases, the team and the Dr have provided quality, professional , responsive care. I look forward to future assistance with my situation.

Excellent consultation. Dr Are carefully listened to my wife's issues and provided us a clear direction as to who could best handle my wife's diagnostic tests.

He discussed many things with me and explained body functions, pain, and terms in detail. Had visual of the spine and discussed accompanying functions why some conditions affected me. We also discussed my arthritis and a few other physical ailments. A good session with him.

I'm very happy with my care. She listens is great at explaining the treatment and I e had great results.

I'm so glad that I was treated with the upmost respect.
