Summary
Primary: -To evaluate the pathologic concordance between pathologic nodal status (ypN) derived from targeted axillary dissection (TAD) and axillary lymph node dissection (ALND) in breast cancer patients with advanced nodal disease at presentation (cN2/cN3) who convert to clinically node negative (ycN0) following completion of neoadjuvant systemic therapy (NST) Secondary: -To determine changes in adjuvant treatment recommendations based on ypN from TAD versus ALND
