Multidisciplinary expertise

Advanced practice providers, certified genetic counselors and oncologists collaborate to deliver individualized, evidence-based care.

Whole-patient focus

We provide long-term care planning for patients with increased cancer risk, supporting medical, emotional and lifestyle needs.

Advanced tools and technology

We use tools like multi-cancer early detection (MCED) testing, CancerIQ risk assessments, MRI-based screening and emerging prevention science.

Coordinated family-based care

We help patients understand what their risk means for family members and coordinate cascade testing when appropriate.

Access to cancer prevention research

Patients may qualify for clinical trials and prevention research studies focused on early detection and risk reduction.

Lifestyle and risk-reduction strategies

We use evidence-based approaches to help with healthy eating, exercise, quitting tobacco and managing weight.

Services we provide

Comprehensive family history assessment

We review your family history across multiple generations to identify inherited patterns or early-onset cancers that may increase your risk. Even when genetic testing is negative, family history alone may warrant earlier or more frequent screening.

For example, if a close relative was diagnosed with colon cancer at age 45, we may recommend starting colonoscopy at age 35 and repeating every five years instead of every 10.

Genetic counseling and testing

We offer testing for a wide range of genes linked to hereditary cancer syndromes, including BRCA1 and BRCA2, Lynch syndrome, Li-Fraumeni syndrome, PALB2, CHEK2, ATM and others.

Understanding your genetic risk helps guide screening and prevention options for both you and your family.

High-risk breast cancer screening

For patients with a strong family history, known genetic changes or high Tyrer-Cuzick risk scores, we offer enhanced screening. Options may include annual MRI, alternating mammogram and MRI, and consultations for risk-reducing medications or surgery when appropriate.

Pancreatic cancer risk assessment

For those with a first-degree relative diagnosed with pancreatic cancer or genetic changes linked to increased risk, we offer comprehensive risk assessment and screening using MRCP imaging.

Multi-cancer early detection (MCED) testing

We offer multi-cancer early detection tests like Galleri, which looks for cancer signals for more than 50 cancer types using a single blood draw. These tests analyze fragments of cell-free DNA in the bloodstream to identify possible cancers, often before symptoms appear.

The Galleri test does not detect all cancers and should be used in addition to routine cancer screening tests recommended by a health care provider. The test costs $749 out of pocket, and most insurance plans do not cover it yet.
