To send a message:

1. Download and open the Nebraska Medicine app or visit onechartpatient.com.
2. Log in and select Messages from the menu.
3. Select Send a message and then Send your doctor’s office a question.
4. Follow the prompts and enter your message. When you are finished, select Send.

Messaging your care team should only be used for non-urgent medical concerns.
