How do I manage or enable email or text message notifications?

You can update your notification preferences using the Nebraska Medicine app or the One Chart web portal.

To enable or manage your notifications:

  1. Download and open the Nebraska Medicine app or visit onechartpatient.com.
  2. Log in and select Account Settings from the menu.
  3. Select Communication Preferences to set up alerts for new messages, test results and appointment reminders.

You can also sign up for text message notifications by texting START to 91487. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Please see our terms and conditions, and privacy policy.

Text STOP to 91487 to stop receiving text messages from Nebraska Medicine. You can also update your preferences in your One Chart | Patient account.
