Why is my family member or their account number listed on my bill?

If you’re documented as the financially responsible party or guarantor, you will receive a single monthly statement.

We bill charges to the documented responsible party. When two or more patients share the same responsible party, their balances will be listed on a single monthly statement. This prevents duplicate mailings and keeps balances more efficient.
