How do I update or reinstall the app?

Follow these instructions to update or install the Nebraska Medicine app on your Apple or Android device.

You can easily update or reinstall the Nebraska Medicine app on your device.

For iPhone (iOS)

To update:

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. Scroll down to see available updates.
  4. If you see Nebraska Medicine, tap Update next to it.

To reinstall:

  1. Press and hold the Nebraska Medicine app icon until a menu appears.
  2. Tap Remove App, then choose Delete App.
  3. Go to the App Store, search for Nebraska Medicine, and tap Download to reinstall it.

For Android

To update:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select Manage apps & device, then Updates available.
  4. Find Nebraska Medicine and tap Update.

To reinstall:

  1. Touch and hold the Nebraska Medicine app icon, then tap Uninstall.
  2. Open the Google Play Store, search for Nebraska Medicine, and tap Install.
