How do I request a refund?

If you believe you have a credit, you can request a refund at any time.

If you overpay or are overcharged, it will be caught when our accounts are reviewed. If there are no additional outstanding charges, we will refund the difference.

You can also request a refund review by phone or by mail. Once we receive your request, we will review your account to determine if a refund is needed.

We will check open balances, pending insurance claims and recent payments.

A refund is not issued if:

  • You have an outstanding balance on other account(s) you are responsible for. The overpayment will be applied to those balances.
  • Insurance claims are still processing.
