If you overpay or are overcharged, it will be caught when our accounts are reviewed. If there are no additional outstanding charges, we will refund the difference.
You can also request a refund review by phone or by mail. Once we receive your request, we will review your account to determine if a refund is needed.
We will check open balances, pending insurance claims and recent payments.
A refund is not issued if:
- You have an outstanding balance on other account(s) you are responsible for. The overpayment will be applied to those balances.
- Insurance claims are still processing.
