Nebraska Medicine Help Center: Quick answers, anytime

When you need your questions answered, timely access matters. A new Help Center has been added to the Nebraska Medicine website to make it easier for patients to find information quickly. 

The online Help Center is a self-service resource that empowers patients to take control by providing convenient access to answers all in one place – accessible anytime from your cell phone, tablet or computer.

Teams from across Nebraska Medicine, including digital experience, patient experience and call center groups, collaborated to identify areas that could be addressed online instantly, saving patients time and easing frustration. 

The Help Center is easy to navigate, with clear FAQ categories covering everything from scheduling, how-to steps, and virtual care to sign-ups, parking, directions and visitor information. 

Current categories include Billing and Insurance, One Chart | Patient, Nebraska Medicine app, Appointments, Virtual Care, and Prescriptions and Pharmacy. New categories will be added as needed.

If you don’t see your question listed, you can type it in the search box to find relevant answers.

Although the Help Center is offered as a convenient option, it will not replace our knowledgeable call center team, which is always available to answer your questions by phone.
