If you have a patient struggling with substance use and other mental health concerns, consider the Nebraska Medicine Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for further assessment and treatment.

“Patients suffering from co-occurring disorders often benefit from a more comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to care” says Sara Zachman, MD, MPH, IOP medical director. “Our program is rooted in an evidence-based curriculum and made up of a team of compassionate and skilled providers.”  She adds “the program entails a combination of individual and group therapy, as well as medications as indicated.”
