Summary
Primary: Determine the rate of CTCAE v5 grade 2 acute (< 3 mo) GU/GI toxicity after de-escalated PSMA-guided salvage radiation compared with historical controls.
Secondary: Assess 2-year biochemical progression-free survival (non-inferiority vs 0.75), chronic toxicity and patient-reported outcomes (IPSS, FACT-P), and 24-month local, locoregional, distant-metastasis, and overall-survival rates.
