Summary
Primary Objective
1. Determine in a randomized controlled trial (RCT) the effects of behavioral intervention on adherence to
moderate-intensity aerobic exercise for 6 months (primary endpoint) and 12 months (sustainability endpoint) among
older survivors of blood cancer.
Secondary Objectives
1. Evaluate the physical function, cognition, and health-related quality of life outcomes at 6 months between the
intervention group and the control group.
2. Compare the change in biological age at 6 months between the intervention group and the control group.
