Summary
Primary Objective
To determine the efficacy of adjuvant radiation therapy (ART) in a population of subjects tested with DecisionDx SCC.
Secondary Objectives
To evaluate the interaction effect (relative benefit) of ART and DecisionDx-SCC in subjects with high-risk cSCC.
To evaluate the interaction effect (relative benefit) of surveillance imaging and DecisionDx-SCC in subjects stratified with high-risk cSCC.
To further evaluate outcomes (including metastasis free survival, overall survival, and disease specific survival) on a high-risk cSCC cohort, stratified by DecisionDx-SCC results.
To evaluate additional algorithms, genes, and/or genommic or transcriptomic platforms that improve prediction of outcomes for patients tested with DecisionDx-SCC*.
*No whole genome sequencing will be performed on samples collected under this protocol.
