National Cancer Institute (NCI) Designation
This designation recognizes that Nebraska Medicine offers patients options for prevention, diagnosis and treatment, as well as access to clinical trials not available elsewhere.
Quality Oncology Practice Initiative
Nebraska Medicine has been recognized by the Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI®) Certification Program, an affiliate of the American Society of Clinical Oncology. The QOPI® Certification Program (QCP™) certifies oncology practices that meet nationally recognized standards for cancer care. We were the first hospital in the state to receive the Blue Distinction Center for Complex and Rare Cancers designation from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska.
