You can schedule many new patient visits for yourself or someone else online. You’ll need basic demographic information for the person you are scheduling for in order to confirm a visit time.
Mobile App through One Chart | Patient
If you want to schedule a return patient visit for someone using their One Chart account, you will need proxy access to the patient’s One Chart | Patient account. Proxy access allows you to view their health information, send messages and manage appointments.
Once proxy access is set up, you can schedule or change appointments through the Nebraska Medicine app or the One Chart website. Learn more about how to request proxy access.
