How do I schedule, reschedule or cancel an appointment?

You can schedule, reschedule or cancel a Nebraska Medicine appointment in a few easy ways.

Scheduling an appointment

Returning patients:

If you have received care from Nebraska Medicine before, make an appointment through your One Chart | Patient account. Log in to the Nebraska Medicine app or the web portal.

New patients:

If you’re new to Nebraska Medicine, you can schedule many specialties online.

If you’d prefer to talk to someone, please call 800.922.0000 to schedule an appointment.

Rescheduling or cancelling

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, you can:

  • Sign into your One Chart | Patient account using the Nebraska Medicine app or web portal.
  • Select Visits from the menu to view a list of your upcoming and past visits.
  • From here, you can reschedule, cancel or view visit details.

We encourage you to cancel as early as possible so we can offer the time to another patient.
