How do I change my prescription reminders and notifications?

You can easily change your prescription reminders and notifications in the Nebraska Medicine app.

This lets you decide how and when you’d like to receive updates about your medications. To update your reminder settings:

  1. Log in to the Nebraska Medicine app.
  2. Tap More in the bottom navigation.
  3. Select Our Pharmacy from the menu.
  4. Tap Reminders.
  5. Choose Reminder and Notification Settings.

Set your preferences for:

  • Medication reminders: Get alerts to take your medicine.
  • Refill reminders: Be notified when it’s time to order a refill.
  • Promotional offers: Choose if you’d like to receive updates or savings from the pharmacy.

Once you’ve made your selections, your preferences will automatically be saved.
