How do I track the status of a refill?

You can track your prescription refill status in the Our Pharmacy section of the Nebraska Medicine app.

To track your refill status:

  1. Log in to the Nebraska Medicine app.
  2. Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Select Our Pharmacy from the menu.
  4. Go to Refills.

Here, you’ll see a list of your current and past refill requests, along with their status (e.g., In Progress, Ready for Pickup, or Completed).
