To manage your notification preferences:

1. Set up reminders in the app.
2. Log in to the Nebraska Medicine app.
3. Tap More in the bottom menu.
4. Select Our Pharmacy, then Reminders.
5. Choose how many days before your refill is due and what time you want the alert.
6. Pick the prescription to link to the reminder.
7. Select how you want to be notified: text message or email.

What you’ll receive:

1. A reminder when it’s time to refill.
2. A text you can reply to in order to place the refill (if you chose text reminders).
3. A message when your prescription is ready for pickup (or when it’s been processed for delivery, if available).

Tip: On your phone, make sure notifications are allowed for the Nebraska Medicine app (check your device settings) so you don’t miss any updates.
