Call your pharmacy:
- Find your pharmacy’s phone number printed on your prescription label. It’s usually near the top or bottom of the bottle or package.
- Call the number listed and follow the automated prompts or speak with a pharmacy team member to request your refill.
Use the Nebraska Medicine app:
- Log in to the Nebraska Medicine app.
- Tap More in the bottom navigation.
- Select Our Pharmacy from the menu.
- Choose one of the following:
- Refill from List: Pick the medication you want to refill.
- Refill from Scan: Use your phone’s camera to scan the barcode on your prescription label.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.
