To request a medication change:
- Sign in to the Nebraska Medicine app or onechartpatient.com.
- Tap Messages from the menu.
- Start a new message to your provider.
- Clearly explain which medication you’d like to change and why.
- Submit your message.
To renew a medication:
- Download and open the Nebraska Medicine app or visit onechartpatient.com.
- Log in and select Messages from the menu.
- Select Send a message and then Renew a Medication.
- Select your medication and follow the prompts.
To request a refill, you will need to contact your pharmacy directly. Your doctor can renew or change your prescription but cannot process a refill.
If you use a Nebraska Medicine pharmacy, you can refill your prescription in the app, follow these instructions.
