Sept. 11: Car seat safety check
When: Thursday, Sept. 11 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Where: Salem Baptist Church, 3131 Lake Street, Omaha, NE 68111
Who: Expectant parents, grandparents and all child caregivers are welcome.
Cost: Free. Donations are welcome and will help support community injury prevention efforts.
In collaboration with Children’s Nebraska and Safe Kids Douglas County, Nebraska Medicine is offering a free car seat check event for the community.
Notes:
- Appointments are first-come, first-served.
- Plan on spending 20 minutes per car seat.
- Bring your child, current car seat and the vehicle owner’s and car seat manuals.
