How do I add a guest to a telehealth video visit?

You can invite a guest to your video visit by text message or email using the Nebraska Medicine app or One Chart web portal.

Using your phone

  1. Log in to the Nebraska Medicine app using your One Chart | Patient username and password.
  2. Select the Visits tile at the top of the home screen.
  3. Find your appointment and select View and Invite Participants.
  4. To invite a guest, select “Invite a new guest.
  5. Click on the drop-down to select an invitation recipient. If you do not see the person listed that you would like to invite, select New Guest.
  6. Fill out the form and choose whether to send an invite by text message or email. Once ready, click Send text message invitation or Send email invitation. They will receive an invitation to join the video call.

Using your computer

  1. On your home computer, visit www.onechartpatient.com and log in to your account.
  2. Select the Visits button at the top of the screen.
  3. Select the Home Call Telehealth from the list.
  4. On the left side of the screen, select View and invite participants.
  5. To invite a guest, select Invite a new guest.
  6. Click on the drop-down to select an invitation recipient. If you do not see the person listed that you would like to invite, select New Guest.
  7. Fill out the form and choose whether to send an invite by text message or email. Once ready, click Send text message invitation or Send email invitation. They will receive an invitation to join the video call.
