Class information: This class is offered as a 3-hour, 2-week evening series on Monday, October 12, 2026 - Monday, October 19, 2026 from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. It prepares parents for birth by covering tools to cope with labor, massage, visualization, relaxation breathing & comfort positions. You may attend the breastfeeding class free. Childbirth education classes are taught via live Zoom.
You may view the virtual tour online and our educators also have a video tour of our labor and delivery unit that will be part of the class instruction.
Who should enroll: Expectant mothers. You may also enroll into a breastfeeding class free of charge.
Before your class begins: Please have large, comfortable pillows available to use for positioning. Please make sure you have plenty of water and snacks during the class.
Course fee: Registration is $50.00.
Class/Event discount policy: All discounts have been applied to payment totals. You will need to register for the class online. Please check with your insurance to see if they will cover the class. If your insurance covers the class, please call 402.559.4452 to receive proof of completion of class and receipt to submit.
Class/Event refund policy: You must apply for refund within 24 hours of the start date of a class to be eligible for a full refund.
Books: Before your class begins please make sure you've received the books below. Your provider should have ordered them for you.
