I bluntly asked them to "dumb down" the medical language for me because I have basically given up on driving for the rest of my life.

Tracy explains everything so you can understand and what was going on and looking through the future about thinking some different meds. Give her A+

Tracy listened to my concerns, needs and direction. She gave me options and was attentive to my being in charge of my wellness. She also pointed out my GP had me on a drug for appetite suppression wasn't one I should be on. Great catch!

My provider was incredibly kind and thorough, I didn't feel rushed at all. I do think there could be a better explanation of all of my options, versus simply giving me the two medications. I asked about lifestyle changes or alternative methods and there were minimal given.

My dr is very caring she read my file knew what contact I had with the office outside of normal visits for paperwork to be filed out for drivers license etc. Very informative

As always, Traci provided excellent care. She was very patient and answered all the questions and concerns about my care. She is a valuable asset to the UNMC team!!
