He wouldn't let me finish a question before starting off on something else. I already know how rare my conditions are. To take a day off of work for me to walk across an exam room floor and grip his fingers is not only discouraging but a disregard for my time. It appears Dr. Thai is more interested in how these rare diseases got in one person than the actual patient sitting before him.

Excellent doctor and the translator he assigned me because I don't speak English

Dr Thai dismissed every concern I brought up, was very rude, and didn't seem to care about the severity of my symptoms on a day to day basis

Dr Thai was professional, kind, and had a sense of humor re his 35 year old doctor bag.

Dr Thai is always very concerned about my care. He takes time to answer my questions in a professional and respectful manner. I would recommend him to everyone.

Care provider is an older gentleman stuck within his own "box' of understanding. I came into the appointment with questions and research of how the bladder control muscles are affected by my condition and improves with medicine consumption. Refusing to listen to my experiences and research he would not believe my opinion on my own health and concern. Effectively dismissing my suggestion. He also stated that myasthenia gravis will "go away", which is flat out wrong. I will have my MG for the rest of my life. I feel that this doctor is outdated and stuck in a box of outdated information.

Dr Thai is awesome.

We saw Dr. Thai. From the very beginning of the visit, it felt very cold and impersonal. I don't think he reviewed any of the charts or referrals sent over from other specialist and our primary care doctor. He did not seem to know anything about why we were there, had no idea of previous test or results, and I had to try to look up everything to which he only seemed to listen to part of it. There was a small issue with understanding each other, which I understand, but did make everything seem uncomfortable and like we were not receiving the best communication. I'm very curious why he didn't review our charts or our past before our visit. That seemed to be the most frustrating part I am certain he didn't understand our whole issue, and thus had no idea how to proceed with us. It was so frustrating, we were anxious to just get out of there, even if it meant no treatment. Very unfortunate.

I don't feel like the doctor listened to me this time. I feel like he jumped to conclusions without listening to my entire description
