Dr. Klusaw is the best dry eye doctor. She is thoughtful and understands how complicated and challenging it can be to manage a chronic disease. She is personable and provides excellent care. Whenever I leave, I feel confident that the care I received was top tier and the treatment plan provided is right for me. Would recommend her to anyone suffering or managing dry eye disease.

Dr. Klusaw showed me pictures of my eye condition and how it compared to normal functioning eyes. That the "eye opener" so to speak that convinced me that I needed the IPL Treatments even though they are not covered by insurance.

Dr. Klusaw really take cares of me as a patients. I feel very comfortable talking with her. She really takes the time looking at my eyes. Also, takes time to explaining about my eyes. If I ask a question she will explain where I can understand. She is a Very Special Doctor that really cares about us.!!

Because of a past negative experience with a male provider (in a different state), I usually get very anxious at eye appointments and have avoided them, but Dr. Klusaw made me feel safe. She is an outstanding provider. She took the time to listen to my concerns; she explained things thoroughly and addressed all my concerns. She's very knowledgeable and trustworthy and someone I would definitely recommend to others.

Dr. Klusaw was very empathetic, professional, and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond in explaining my plan of care and setting up a follow-up appointment. She reviewed my surgery and treatment history to coordinate future visits with other specialists. Excellent practitioner.

Dr Klusaw knew what she was doing. She was good I am just not sure if she gave an instruction what to do with me after that eye dilation as nothing I heard about it on what to do. I really don't know what I should do after eye dilation. It was my first time

Dr. Klusaw is very knowledgeable and honest. My condition is almost hopeless and she was very forthcoming about what results I might expect.

Provider did not seem to care that I was excited about my visit. Provider turned away from me while telling me they didn't believe I was a good candidate for lasik which hurt a little bit. Provider also told me things I have never heard about my eyes before (dry eyes, eye problems) in a way that was not especially thoughtful. I felt supporting by the person who roomed me and did my original test (Taylor I think) but the provider made me feel like I only had one option. I don't mind that I'm not a candidate for lasik but I wish the provider would have taken more time to explain the procedure to me and would have empathized more when I asked about costs and the differences between procedures. Her descriptions were short and I felt like I couldn't ask any more questions because I didn't know enough about the recommended procedure.
