Incredible experience.

I tell people all the time and drive almost 2 hrs to see my Dr. She sits down explaining everything to me and makes me feel seen

Dr always seems rushed. Did not got over options just said this is the med we should do. I left feeling dismissed and still with questions because the rush of the Dr made feel I couldn't ask more questions

I was literally just praising Dr. Britain to a colleague this after because she is so knowledgeable, personable, and relatable. She's wonderful!

Very professional

There was a bit of confusion regarding my lab results. Visit started with a poor diagnosis and ended with better. Between asking questions and syncing health records with Apple Health we got on the same page by the end of the appointment.

Unfortunately, Dr. Brittan was not responsive and did not follow-up in a timely manner at all. Dr. Brittan was fine during the visit but failed to meet any minimal expectations regarding follow up and plan of care. Could not recommend her to others.
