What to expect during a virtual visit
Before you can use Immediate Care Video Visits, you need your own One Chart | Patient account.
If you completed the authorization form during new student orientation, a One Chart | Patient account has been created for you. If you did not receive a text message or call to set up your account, call 800.922.0000 to request a link.
Once your account is set up, click Start a visit.
If you did not complete the authorization form during new student orientation, call 800.922.0000. Your parent or legal guardian must be available by phone to give verbal consent before you can start your visit.
