It only takes a few minutes to get started:
- Download the Nebraska Medicine app. iOS or Android
- Open the app and tap Sign Up.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Activate your account: If you already have an activation code (found in your enrollment letter or After Visit Summary), enter it exactly as shown.
- Request new account: Follow the steps to verify your identity. Note: You will need to share your basic details. You’ll need information like your name, address, date of birth, phone number and Social Security number.
