How do I transfer my prescription to a Nebraska Medicine pharmacy?

You can easily transfer your prescriptions to a Nebraska Medicine pharmacy right from the app. 

To transfer your prescription:

  1. Log in to the Nebraska Medicine app.
  2. Tap More in the bottom navigation.
  3. Select Our Pharmacy from the menu.
  4. Choose Transfer Rx and follow the instructions.

To update your preferred pharmacy for your providers:

  • Log in to the Nebraska Medicine app.
  • Tap More.
  • Select Medications from the menu.
  • Select Manage My Pharmacies.
  • Add or update your preferred pharmacy location for future prescription renewals.

You’ll need the Nebraska Medicine app and a One Chart | Patient account to use this feature.
