How do I update my insurance information?

You can update your insurance information online through One Chart | Patient, by phone or by mail.

To update or add insurance coverage information:

  1. Log in to the Nebraska Medicine app using your One Chart username and password. You can also log in to the web portal.
  2. Select Insurance Summary from the main menu.
  3. From here, you can see what insurance information we currently have for you. Follow the prompts to update, remove or add new coverage information.

You can also complete and return the form located on the back of your billing statement or call us at 402.559.3140 (or toll-free at 888.662.8662).
