    Very knowledgeable. Willing to listen. Easy to talk to. The nurse was short in stature but very tall on nursing. A talk nurse gave me the immunizations. She was quick & gentle.

    My appointment was a follow up for a new issue. Dr. Kaipust provided a lot of detailed information, answered my questions, and included me in the decision-making process. She is very caring and friendly, and made me feel like I was talking to a friend. It was a wonderful experience.

    I felt listened to and heard. She answered my questions and addressed my concerns, even discussed a past visit I had with a specialist to help me better understand a suggested procedure. She explained things in a way that was easy to understand. She was friendly and personable. I had intended this visit to just be a check up and that I would establish care at the new location that is very close to my house, but it can be hard to find a provider who has all of those characteristics, so now I'm tempted to drive a littler further and establish care with this provider.
