They were great. They went over every option talked about the good and bad and explained how and why they were going to do everything. They listened to concerns and answered and CARED about what WE wanted. Very refreshing.

My first interaction with the provider was at my consult appointment the month prior and his bedside manner was lacking, to say the least. I was pleasantly surprised by the change at this appointment, he was overall friendlier and appeared more approachable. In all honesty, I was wearing clothing that made it clear I am also an employee of Nebraska Medicine and potentially that was the reason for the difference in treatment at this appointment.
