Immediate Care Video Visits
If you’re feeling unwell but can’t make it to a clinic, Immediate Care Video Visits offer a quick, convenient way to receive care from the comfort of your home.
Before starting a visit, please confirm that this option is right for you.
Immediate Care Video Visit availability
- Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Holidays: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
What conditions can be treated?
Immediate Care Video Visits are best for minor, nonemergency issues like:
- Respiratory symptoms: cough, nasal congestion or sore throat.
- Skin issues: acne, rashes, minor burns or sunburn.
- Digestive concerns: nausea, vomiting, mild stomach pain or heartburn.
- Other common issues: painful urination, yeast infections, allergies, headaches, joint pain, pink eye or fever.
Insurance and cost
Most insurance plans are accepted, with co-pays due at the time of service. Immediate Care Clinic Video visits cost the same as a regular visit to your primary care provider.
Still unsure?
Ask yourself:
- Is this an emergency? If yes, go to the nearest emergency department.
- Can this wait 3–5 days? If yes, schedule a primary care visit.
- Does this need care today? If yes, start an Immediate Care Video Visit or go to a walk-in Immediate Care Clinic.
