What is the Well-Being 360 platform?
Well-Being 360 is a comprehensive digital platform offering personalized tools, challenges, rewards and resources to help you improve and maintain your overall health and well-being. Here’s what you can do on the platform:
Join various wellness challenges that encourage healthy behaviors, such as physical fitness, nutrition and mental health.
Use Well-Being 360 points to monitor your progress and stay motivated. These points also help you qualify for HSA funding and premium discounts.
Learn from a wide range of video content, including workout tutorials, nutrition tips and mental wellness strategies.
Engage with peer support communities, access meal plans, recipes and more to assist you on your healthy lifestyle journey.

How to qualify for medical plan incentives
Earn 7,500 Well-Being 360 points
Engage in the Well-Being 360 Your Wellbeing activities and challenges throughout the year. Track your progress and accumulate points by logging into the Well-Being 360 portal.
Complete your Total Health Survey and biometric screening
Complete the Total Health survey and a biometric screening to qualify for the medical plan incentives.
Get your spouse involved
If your spouse is on your plan, they must complete the Total Health survey and a biometric screening (or submit a physician form) to maximize incentives.
Incentives for 2026
If you earned your Well-Being 360 incentives, you will see lower premiums or boosted HSA funding depending on which medical plan you choose.
- Earned 7,500 Well-Being 360 points + completed Total Health Survey + completed biometric screening (or physician form): Qualify for $1,000 in HSA employer funding for 2026.
- Spouse participation: Earn an extra $500 in HSA funding if your spouse completed their Total Health survey and completed a biometric screening (or physician form).
- Earned 7,500 Well-Being 360 points + completed Total Health survey + completed biometric screening (or physician form): Get a $20 discount on your premiums each pay period in 2026.
- Spouse participation: Receive an additional $10 discount per pay period if your spouse completed their Total Health survey + completed a biometric screening (or physician form).

On-site fitness centers
Nebraska Medicine offers on-site fitness centers for all colleagues, conveniently located at Clarkson Tower (ground floor), Bellevue Medical Center (garden level) and the Lied Transplant Center. These facilities are equipped with a wide range of strength training and exercise equipment and are accessible 24/7 with your badge.
You can also schedule a free fitness assessment, personal training, or equipment orientation at the Clarkson Tower location.
