Eligible nurses can receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus to support your transition and success. We also offer relocation support for nurses outside of Nebraska.
We offer tuition assistance up to $5,000 annually for full-time employees pursuing an advanced degree ($20,000 lifetime maximum).
We offer student loan assistance for full-time employees in eligible nursing roles. Nebraska Medicine will pay your minimum monthly payment directly to your lender.
Nebraska Medicine employees, their spouses and dependents (23 and younger) receive a 35% tuition discount at Clarkson College in addition to tuition reimbursement benefits.
