Bad experience

There seems to be a lack of communication between the Doctor and Patient; Doctor to Doctor. I am a person who needs to know the plan and that all agree on the treatment plan.

Calm & confident, caring, excellent communication with me & my spouse in grasping & understanding the anatomy / surgical expectations of bilateral TMJ. Dr Desa went out of his way to answer any questions I had. I had called the office once with a concern before surgery. He called back later that day and addressed my questions.

Dr Desa seems to be in the practice because he truly cares about people. That's the feeling we got, anyway.
