Dr. Puri was/is, by far, the best local doctor I have seen in the area, and I have seen many. She genuinely has something that all others seem to lack: true empathy and compassion. Her training and analytical skills are there, but so is the very important humanity aspect. When I cried, she came to sit by me and put an arm around me. THAT is the level of care that EVERY doctor everywhere ever should impart upon their patients. I genuinely feel like Dr. Puri should be a teacher or consultant for all other doctors across all specialties about how to genuinely care for the human in front of them. She cared about my identity enough to discuss it, she did not rush me out of the appointment even though we went past double what it was scheduled for, she entered the room and asked if she should mask as well and then led with her pronouns. She is genuinely the best doctor I've seen in years and I am so sad she can't do more for me than what she already is, because I'd rather work with someone like her for anything any day. Please value this professional. She is the epitome of what the healthcare profession should look like.

Dr. Puri has been a Godsend! My diabetes is under control now. She explains in detail my disease, my options and is helping me tackle my osteoporosis. She contacted me when I had just undergone a double bypass & my A1C was very high. She impressed me with how much concern she had for me.
